WOW! What an incredible half term we have had.

I am delighted that we have got through a whole half term without having to send home any bubbles, meaning that we have been able to maximise the learning taking place in school.

I have to say, the children have been incredible. They have taken to all the new routines and approaches extremely well.

I would also like to thank parents for your support this half term with all the routines, wearing face coverings, supporting home learning, navigating online parents’ evening, and overall supporting the return to school.

I wish all the staff a restful half term; we are so very lucky to have such an amazing staff team from site and admin to teachers, support staff and the senior team. Everyone has worked so very hard in very challenging circumstances.

We know that next half term will have its challenges and the realistic view is that we will have to send bubbles home at some point; we are ready for this and will continue to ensure learning carries on.

Please remember, if you are struggling for any reason, please get in touch. We have a range of ways that we can support families including food, clothes, toys, household appliances and items.

I wish you all a very happy half term and we look forward to seeing you all back on Tuesday 3rd November.
