At Colebourne, we value staff well-being.
We aim to ensure the workplace ethos, policies and the way we value relationships leads to being supportive and proactive in supporting staff – we care.

We buy into a well-being support package which provides helpline support, counselling services, 24/7 GP support, maternity support, weight management, menopause support and much more.

Details of this are displayed in school and are published each week in the briefing paper.
