At Colebourne, we value staff well-being.
We aim to ensure the workplace ethos, policies and the way we value relationships leads to being supportive and proactive in supporting staff – we care.

We buy into a well-being support package which provides helpline supoort, thereby and counselling services for employed staff and their families. Details of this are displayed in school and are published each week in the briefing paper.
